Hey, I’m Bay —


Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, 200-Hour RYT Yoga Instructor, Barre & Sculpt Teacher, Mat Pilates & Xformer Coach, and your guide behind BAYLATES™ — a soul-powered fusion of yoga, barre, Pilates, strength training, and breathwork.

My journey started in a very different world… on the basketball court. I was a competitive athlete until an ACL injury brought everything to a halt. That moment forced me to pause, reflect, and face the burnout I’d been pushing through for years. On a whim, I walked into a hot yoga class… and everything shifted. The heat, the sweat, the breath — it cracked something open. That day changed my life.

Since then, I’ve trained in Bikram, Vinyasa, Hatha, Sculpt, Yin, and Barre. I became a certified personal trainer in 2020, studied sports nutrition, earned certifications in Mat Pilates and Xformer reformer training, and slowly built BAYLATES™ from the ground up.

BAYLATES™ was never just about movement. It’s about coming home to yourself.


It’s a method that meets you where you are — combining fire and flow, challenge and softness. Expect music-driven sessions (yes, I love a good hip-hop or EDM playlist), but also space to breathe, feel, and reconnect. I guide you through mindset work, breathwork, and self-talk that helps you build strength far beyond the physical.

I’ve lived the burnout. I’ve battled body image, perfectionism, and the pressure to perform.

And I’ve turned that pain into purpose.

At BAYLATES™, my vision is to guide every client — whether with me for a season or a lifetime — toward a deeper understanding and connection with themselves.

I believe true transformation begins from within. Through movement, breath, and radical self-love, we unlock the confidence and clarity needed to live boldly and authentically, every single day.

My goal is to empower you to break through the patterns that hold you back, turn your energy inward, and trust your journey. When we strengthen the body and calm the mind, we create space for lasting change — not just in how we move, but in how we live.
